The City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, “City”) has issued this Request for Proposals (hereinafter, “RFP”) for 'Project ID 'Project Title, with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified 501(c)3 not profit organizations and/or a community trust regsitered in the State of Florida to be considered as recipient of donated city owned property for affordable housing.
