The intent of this project is to procure a qualified, professional Contractor, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the paving industry. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all operations for the application of a pavement rejuvenator product to asphaltic concrete surfaces at various locations throughout the District. The rejuvenating product shall be an emulsion composed of a petroleum resin oil base uniformly emulsified with water.
