Portland Public Schools Legal Notice Districtwide Facilities Assessment and Master Planning Request for Proposal #26057 Portland Public Schools is seeking proposals for a comprehensive review of its facilities, including a districtwide assessment and development of a long-term Facilities Master Plan. Proposals should be submitted as an email attachment to bids@portlandschools.org with the name of the Bidder, contract name and #26057 in the subject line by February 25th, 2026 at 4:00p.m at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Or sealed proposals may be submitted by mail or in person to Nicole Levay, Purchasing Manager, 353 Cumberland Ave, Portland, ME 04101.
