A. PurposeThe County of San Benito (County), Office of Emergency Services, is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide Disaster Response and Recovery Contingency Services. The number of awards will be determined by the quality of the proposals received.B. RFP ContactAll correspondence, including Proposals and questions, must be through the OpenGov system. All Proposers must register with the OpenGov system prior to the date and time to submit the proposal or they will be disqualified.C. Contract TermServices to be provided under this Request for Proposals (RFP) are outlined under Section IV, Scope of Work. The Contract period will be for a maximum of five (5) years beginning on contract award date.D. Location of ServicesLocation(s) where Services are to be provided, completed and managed are throughout San Benito County as required for response to a disaster. The Proposer must include in Proposal, Attachment E - Cost, all transportation, lodging, and per diem costs sufficient to pay its personnel and travel to the aforementioned locations.E.
