In accordance with the specifications listed herein, the City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, “City”) has issued this Request for Proposals (hereinafter, “RFP”) for 'Project Title for the City of New Smyrna Beach. These services are new to the city. There is no current provider nor is this request replacing a provider.The city is seeking proposals from experienced professional consultants or consulting firms to enhance the city’s capabilities of receiving the maximum funding reimbursement from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the State of Florida under the FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Grant Program.
