Disaster Fencing and Gate Repair (FEMA)

Description

The City of Bartow, Florida ("City”) is actively seeking proposals from pre-qualified contractors capable of responding rapidly to repair or replace damaged fencing and gates following hurricanes, tropical storms, tornadoes, flooding events, or other emergencies. The contract establishes predetermined pricing and response expectations, allowing repairs to begin immediately after an event without the delays associated with emergency procurement. This ensures damaged areas can be secured quickly to protect public safety and limit unauthorized access to City facilities.The City intends to be reimbursed by FEMA and as such, all requirements of the federal award are applicable to the Successful Proposer, sub-consultant, and any material suppliers. All services must be performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and Local regulations. Reference separate attachment – Federal Clauses (FEMA). To optimize availability and service quality, the City may award contracts to up to two vendors to be utilized based on price and availability.
