Nature of Project The Commissioners Court of Nueces County (hereinafter called the “County”) will accept sealed competitive proposals for Disaster Debris Removal Services in accordance with the Specifications and other Contract Documents prepared by the County. Nueces County, Texas (County) seeks to establish one or more contracts for disaster debris removal, reduction, disposal, and other emergency cleanup services following a disaster event. Due to the urgency and level of service required following a disaster event, the County seeks proposals from qualified Proposers. The Proposer should have sufficient experience in the specialized management of disaster response labor and subcontractors for the purpose of debris removal services and the preparation, response, recovery, and mitigation phases of any emergency situation or disaster.
