Interested Consultants should have expertise in State and Federal regulations and documentation related to procurement and reimbursement following a declared State and/or Federal major Disaster Declaration, and the ability to analyze immediate and long-term recovery needs. This would include experience working with agencies in support of recovery efforts under State and federal aid programs, including FEMA and Cal OES.
