Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) Communications and Outreach Department is seeking proposals from qualified agencies to design, produce, and install a new mounted timeline display highlighting TRWD's 100-year history. This installation will replace a previous design that encountered implementation challenges. The selected agency will work under the direction of TRWD's in-house creative team to develop a durable, visually engaging, and informative display as a permanent feature of our main lobby.
