The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for professional engineering services for the design of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations in varying quantities at multiple sites throughout the City as part of the first phase of implementation for the "West Sacramento Plug-in Partnership” program (Phase 1). In 2018, the City of West Sacramento partnered with ChargePoint, Inc. to develop the “West Sacramento Plug-in Partnership”, with the intent of deploying a robust program for expanding access and availability of Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment (EVSE). The City seeks to accomplish this goal by installing a combination of Level 2 and DC Fast Chargers at key locations for public use. Phase 1 of the Plug-in Partnership is focused primarily on City-owned properties, unless otherwise noted. The following locations and tentative EVSE types/quantities have been identified by the City for consideration in the Phase 1 Plug-in Partnership and should be addressed by Respondents.
