The City is soliciting proposals from consulting/engineering firms experienced in bridge rehabilitation in flood ways including analysis, planning, surveying, design, engineering, permitting, and consulting services. In general, this project will consists of putting 100% Construction Drawings together for the project improvements.The services requested shall be funded by CDOT pursuant to the State of Colorado Intergovernmental Agreement dated July 18, 2024 between the State of Colorado (“State”) and City/Owner (“Grant Agreement”). A copy of the Grant Agreement is attached as ATTACHMENT D. All services shall comply with applicable requirements of the Grant Agreement and shall follow the CDOT format. All designs must meet CDOT requirements.Due to the funding source, only the Proposals shall be evaluated. All pricing will be kept private until the evaluation of Proposal is complete. See special instructions in the CONSULTANT SCOPE OF SERVICE & PROJECT REQUIREMENTS and VENDOR QUESTIONNAIRE for the submittal of pricing. DBE Participation Goal.
