Design, Engineering, Planning, Environmental, Construction Management for Palo Alto Airport Terminal Project

The City of Palo Alto, Public Works Department, Airport Division (the “City”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified firms (the “Proposers”) to provide Design, Engineering, Grant Management, Environmental, Planning, and Construction Management Services for the Palo Alto Airport Terminal Project at the Palo Alto Airport (the “Airport”). The potential project is likely to be subject to federal, state and local funding processes, may be accomplished during the course of multiple grants, and may involve local approval prior to commencement. The likely scope of services is described more fully in Section 3.As a result of this competitive selection process, the City may award one contract for services related to the Airport Terminal Project including but not limited to design, engineering, planning, environmental, and construction management. The contract for these services will have a term of five (5) years from the date of execution of the Professional Services Agreement (the “Agreement”), and selection will be conducted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E and the City’s contracting and purchasing ordinances and procedures. Proposers should be aware that resultant contracts will be awarded based on not-to-exceed amounts and some of the services may not be required during the contract term. The City reserves the right to initiate additional procurement actions(s) for any of the services include in this procurement process.
