The primary purpose of this solicitation is to prepare contract drawings and specifications and to obtain all applicable permits for the site development and construction of a new Utilities facility. The land area for this project is 10 acres. The site will consist of a facility with a square footage of approximately 63,000 sf along with several on-site improvements.
