Dental Letter of Intent to Award

July 16th, 2025 Intent to Award – RFP-25-008 – NWACC Benefits: Northwest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) has received the official recommendation award from the evaluation committee elected to review the bids requested for dental coverage. Upon the results of the evaluation, the recommendation for award extends to Delta Dental. Respectfully, this letter of “Intent to Award” serves as notification that will commence with the goal of a fully executed Purchase Order to be issued by NWACC. NWACC is thankful for the attention of each respondent, and for the time and effort expended in responding to the RFP. We encourage and appreciate the participation of our vendor community.
