Description

The City of New Smyrna Beach is requesting sealed qualifications from licensed contractors to provide Project Title.The intent of this solicitation is to establish a pool of Contractors to provide demolition services on an as-need basis using purchase orders issued by the City.  The City makes no covenant or promises as to the number of available projects or that the awarded Contractors will perform any project for the City during the life of the basic contract. The basic contract does not authorize the performance of any work or require the City to place orders for work.Expiration of the term of the contract will have no effect upon task assignments issued pursuant to the basic contract and prior to the expiration date.
