Demolition and Site Stabilization of Two City-Owned Properties Project

The City of Palm Desert (“City”) is soliciting sealed Bids from qualified and properly licensed contractors to provide demolition and site stabilization services for two City-owned properties located at:44911 Cabrillo Avenue, Palm Desert, California 92260; and44845 San Clemente Circle, Palm Desert, California 92260.The Work generally includes all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, permits, utility coordination, hazardous materials abatement and disposal, demolition, debris removal, site clearing, backfill, grading, and stabilization necessary to complete the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents.The successful Bidder shall be responsible for coordinating and completing the Work at both locations, including all required regulatory compliance, inspections, documentation, site protection, and project closeout. The completed sites shall be left clean, secure, properly graded, and stabilized in a condition acceptable to the City.The Project is identified as Demolition and Site Stabilization of Two City-Owned Properties Project, Project No. SFA00001.
