The City of New Haven seeks proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to serve as the Administrator of the New Haven Democracy Fund. The Democracy Fund is New Haven’s public campaign financing program, established to enhance civic participation, increase transparency, and promote equitable access to elected office for all residents. The selected Administrator will manage the day-to-day operations of the Fund, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a transparent and accountable funding process.The Administrator’s responsibilities include monitoring campaign finance activities, distributing funds to eligible candidates, coordinating outreach and education efforts, and providing periodic reporting to the Democracy Fund Board and City officials.
