Black Horse Pike Addendum No. 1 October 5, 2022 Architect’s Project No. 1016B GENERAL INFORMATION: • • • • Uniformed traffic directors will be required for any traffic obstructions along Black Horse Pike. The Contractor is responsible for the disconnection of water and sewer laterals for the properties. The water and sewer lines should be capped at the property line. The Contractor is responsible to restore any damaged concrete sidewalk at the front of the properties so that there are no hazardous walking or tripping surfaces. The top layer of fill of the demolished buildings to be compacted crushed stone. The intention is to use the area as temporary parking during the renovation / construction of the Old Bank Building located at 3 S. Black Horse Pike.
