DelDOT CERTIFIED DBE UTILIZATION COMMITMENT STATEMENT FEDERALLY FUNDED CONTRACTS (BIDS ONLY) THIS DOCUMENT MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE BID/ PROPOSAL. FAILURE TO ACCURATELY COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THIS DOCUMENT AS REQUIRED, SHALL DEEM THE BID NON-RESPONSIVE AND THEREFORE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
