The Town of Nantucket (hereinafter "Town"), through the Nantucket Affordable Housing Trust Fund (hereinafter "NAHTF"), invites qualified responders to submit proposals for the Year-Round Deed Restriction Monitoring Agency. The Monitoring Agency will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the guidelines of the Year-Round Deed Restriction Pilot Program, conducting income verification for applicants, and assisting the NAHTF with the application process.
