General work description: The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, supplies and equipment necessary to implement all work procedures to ensure timely accomplishment of the work requirements, as well as to permit and tracking of work in progress to complete the Debary Tower Foundation Modification in accordance with the specification included in the solicitation.
