Dane County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide services for the Project Title, located at 1819 Aberg Ave & 1202 Northport Dr, Madison, WI 53704. The requested services include architectural and engineering design and construction phase support and will be performed under a negotiated professional services agreement.The Project includes three program components: relocation of the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) and Veterans Service Office into the Dane County Job Center, and renovation of spaces at the Dane County Human Services Northport Offices for reunification/visitation services.
