BOONVILLE R-I SCHOOL DISTRICT Request for Proposal Dairy Products for 25/26 School Year APRIL 2025 Boonville R-I School District 736 Main Street Boonville, Missouri 65233 www.bpsk12.net Request for Proposal on Bakery Products The Boonville R-I School District hereby requests for proposal the supply of Dairy Products for the 2024-2025 school year subject to the following requirements. 1. School will be in session beginning August 19, 2025. A complete calendar will be provided to the successful bidder. 2. Milk shall be packaged in one-half (1/2) pint containers and shall be delivered to four (4) school cafeterias twice a week. Credit will be issued for all outdated or damaged product or overstock at the end of the school year. All delivery charges are to be included in the bid price. 3. Estimated yearly usage is as follows: (1) 1% & (fat free) unflavored white milk ½ pint – 60000 cartons (2) 1% & (fat free) chocolate milk ½ pint – 160000 cartons (3) Sour cream 5# – 80 tubs (4) Lactose milk – ½ gallon - 30 (5) Cottage Cheese 5#– 150 tubs 4. Invoices are to be submitted to the office of the superintendent on or before the 5th day of each calendar month following delivery for payment to be made during that month. 5. Any request or provisions for price adjustment during the 2024-25 school year as the result of changing economic conditions shall require prior written notification, verification of increases and approval of the Boonville R-I Schools. Failure of approval of the Boonville R-I School District may result in termination of the bid award. 6. Bid quotations will be received until 12:00 pm, CST on, May 12, 2025. All bids must be submitted to the Office of the Superintendent, 736 Main Street, Boonville, MO 65233. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and labeled “25/26 DAIRY PRODUCTS BID” 7. This bid will be awarded on ease of delivery and customer service as well as pricing. Customer service should include rotation of product at time of delivery and credit for outdated milk and end of the school credit for unused milk.
