BRIEF SCOPE OF WORKMajor Improvements:Sugar Creek Water Plant:For Sugar Creek Water Plant, the scope of work includes the installation of a new diesel generator with a base fuel tank, along with a Service entrance rated Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and a dual-purpose docking station. The contractor shall also furnish and install a new incoming service bus weatherhead per CenterPoint Energy Standards, including all required supports, fittings, terminations, and weatherproofing/sealing, and shall coordinate any and all required outage and service reconnection to provide a complete, code-compliant service entrance installation. The contractor will be responsible for preparing the site, which includes constructing new concrete foundations, slabs, platforms, grating, and handrails as required. The contractor will handle the removal of any existing equipment and the demolition of old concrete pads. Once the new equipment is in place, the contractor will perform final site grading to ensure the site is properly prepared and completed according to specifications. Additionally, final site grading will be performed after the completion of all installations to ensure proper leveling and drainage. The contractor will furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the work as specified.
