The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (the “Aviation Authority”) is soliciting interested parties to provide Customer Service Ambassadors to ensure the courteous, safe, and expeditious movement of pedestrian traffic at the terminals and Train Station. This is accomplished through providing professional, reliable and effective personnel for the performance of duties for providing customer support and assistance for the passengers traveling through Orlando International Airport. The selected Proposer(s) will perform responsibilities as specified by the Airport Authorized Representative (AAR).The Agreement, if awarded following the Solicitation process, commence on or about June 1, 2024 for a five-year term. The Aviation Authority has set a MWBE participation goal of twenty percent (20%), for this solicitation. The Contractor employees assigned to this Contract shall not be allowed to engage in secondary employment with any enterprise doing business at the Orlando International Airport without prior approval of and at the sole discretion of the AAR.
