Custom Folded Permit Envelopes

The County of San Mateo is seeking quotations for the printing, manufacture, and delivery of custom sequentially numbered fold-and-seal permit collection envelopes. Envelopes shall be approximately 5 ¼” x 2 ½” finished size and produced on 24# Cream Wove paper stock. Requirements include custom interior and exterior printing, perforations, folds, detachable permit section, adhesive seal closure, sequential numbering beginning with the 600000 series, and packaging suitable for field distribution, all in accordance with the specifications, proofs, and sample materials provided herein.Attached proofs and sample images are provided as reference materials to demonstrate the desired appearance and functionality of the envelopes. Vendors are not required to replicate the prior manufacturer’s exact production methods, but proposed products shall be substantially similar in overall design, functionality, dimensions, and quality and must meet the specifications identified in this solicitation.Please complete the Pricing Bid Table in section 3 and please also upload your competitive quotation including accurate lead times as well as any applicable freight and delivery costs for the items listed.Vendors shall quote pricing based on standard packaging quantities of 800 envelopes per box. The County's estimated purchase total, based on price, is approximately 40 boxes.Cost, conformity to specifications of goods, and product availability will be considered. After an evaluation of all quotations, a County purchase order is expected to be issued in association with the lowest, responsive bid received from a qualified, responsible, and manufacturer/publisher authorized vendor.
