Ms. Aimee Price (205)629-6255 Bid SCC#21/22-18 VPA BOE Full Custodial Services Scope of Work: • The contract for full-service cleaning to begin February 16, 2022 upon Board Approval and end at any time with a 30-day notice to awarded vendor. • This contract is renewable for up to four (4) additional years. Renewal will require signatures of both parties. • This contract will be awarded by the sections listed in the table above. • All materials including labor and equipment to satisfactorily complete the job must be furnished by the successful bidder. • The contractor, within reason, must adjust the type or frequencies of service at any time that is necessary to maintain a clean building as viewed by the school administrator, operations director, or superintendent. • The site contact listed above/operations director shall have discretion to designate service days or interrupt normal operating procedures should a conflict arise in convenience or safety. • The duties and assignment of responsibilities will be made by the local contact listed in the table above, as necessary, to maintain a safe and healthy environment. • Cleaning will not be conducted during normal school breaks such as but not limited to, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and other holidays.
