This Request for Proposals (RFP) is soliciting Custodial Services from qualified and experienced service providers for the Brazos Valley Council of Governments (BVCOG).The Scope of Work is to provide cleaning and maintenance services at four (4) separate office facilities within the Carter Creek Center in Bryan, TX. Services include an on-site Porter with cleaning during and after BVCOG business hours. BVCOG's current contract for janitorial services expires August 31, 2023. The contract resulting from this RFP would need to start September 1, 2023.
