Custodial Paper Product and Dispenser Services

Tucson Unified School District (TUSD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to supply universal custodial paper products and universal dispensers for paper products across all schools and support sites.  Custodial paper products will be utilized across all schools and support sites.  This initiative supports TUSD’s Climate Action and Sustainability Plan, aiming to reduce environmental impact, improve operational efficiency, and ensure ADA compliance in all facilities.The selected vendor must provide competitive pricing, timely delivery of paper goods, free dispenser services, and responsive troubleshooting. They will manage scheduling and accounts via customer service and an online portal, ensure clear communication on pricing and availability, deliver excellent personalized service, and train custodial staff on new products. Additionally, they must supply product information for green documentation and submit semi-annual reports detailing expenditures on cleaning and paper products, including those meeting sustainability certifications.
