Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) is seeking experienced firms or agencies to provide contracted custodial services as specified within this Request for Proposal (RFP). CUSD is comprised of 57 sites, which includes 31 elementary schools, 6 junior high schools, 6 high schools and 4 alternative schools and 10 administrative support sites servicing approximately 44,000 Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade students. CUSD buildings have an overall square footage of 5,529,055 and cover approximately 80 square miles within Chandler, Gilbert and Queen Creek. CUSD currently employs approximately 261 custodians and 1 Custodial Services Coordinator to provide custodial services for the School District.
