The City of Papillion is requesting bids for the attached custodial and maintenance supplies purchased by the City during the fiscal year. The City anticipates executing a contract that will be a three (3) year contract term. The City will have the sole discretion to cancel the contract at any time providing the contractor a 60-day notice. Pricing will be for one (1) year terms. It will be the responsibility of the Vendor to provide updated pricing one (1) month prior to the end of each annual term of this agreement.
