Question 1: In sub-section 1.3.1., it states that bids should detail their costs “in the cost proposal, Exhibit I.” However, there is no Exhibit I that I observed. Exhibit H is the cost response form, and I want to confirm that in our bid we should refer to the cost proposal as Exhibit H. SFCC Response To Question 1: Section 1.3.1 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following. 1.3.1 Any separate costs must be detailed in the cost proposal, Exhibit H, and tied to activities or phases in the project work plan, i.e.: telephone charges travel, printing, etc. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided in Exhibit B. Failure to do so may subject Offeror to disqualification. All other provisions of the Proposal Documents shall remain unchanged. This addendum is hereby made a part of the Proposal Documents to the same extent as those provisions contained in the original documents and all itemized listing thereof.
