It is the intent of Tucson Unified School District #1 to contract with a qualified vendor for the pre-scheduled Maintenance and Repairs as needed, if needed, of each piece of culinary art equipment at each school location as list in the scope of work and the pricing page.The intention of this contract is to extend the equipment life, minimize equipment downtime, save on energy bills, and reduce operating costs. Maintenance of equipment will consist of checking equipment operation, calibrating, de-liming and lubricating as needed.
