BID SPECIFICATIONS WOOD COUNTY JUDICIAL BUILDING ACCESS CONTROL EQUIPMENT - Purchase and install new access control equipment to provide managed access through six doors in the Holmes R. Shaver Judicial Annex - New equipment to be installed shall be interfaced with existing Facility Commander Access Control System - Work to include, but not be limited to: o Provide owner with access control cable o Furnish and install new 8 output power supply with battery backup in the main floor IT closest o Furnish and install new surface mount electric strikes on the 2nd and 3rd floor hallway doors o Furnish and install new recessed electric strikes on the doors to the hearing rooms located on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. o Furnish and install 6 new proximity readers at the doors listed above o Connect new proximity readers to existing Facility Commander M3000 controller located in the main floor IT closet o Connect new electric strikes to the new power supply located in the main floor IT closet o Create and add new access rights for the new readers o Provide onsite operational training of new equipment A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Holmes R. Shaver Judicial Annex. Sealed and written price quotes must be delivered to the Wood County Commission no later than 9:30 am on Thursday, December 28, 2017. All bids will be opened by the Wood County Commission in Room 203 of the Courthouse at 10:30 am on December 28, 2017. The Wood County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
