The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids to replace the existing surface water pump station with a new surface water pump station, in accordance with this Invitation to Bid, the bid response, the Scope of Work, all Exhibits, and all Attachments.This Project is financed in part under the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) cost-share funding program. Coordination with SJRWMD and submission of information for compliance with the cost-share program shall be provided as requested by Owner.
