Crowder Landing Drainage Improvements

Description

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified vendor to perform drainage improvements to the Crowder Landing Boat Ramp, in accordance with the Technical Specifications, the "Bid Set" Contract Plans (Attachment D), and the Supplemental Specifications (Attachment E) contained within this solicitation. The proposed Crowder Landing Drainage Improvements project is located in Section 03, Township 1 North, Range 1 West, in Leon County, Florida at the end of Crowder Road. This project is anticipated to take 120 calendar days to perform.Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor shall possess current and valid FDOT pre-qualifications in the Drainage work class. The pre-qualifications shall be included as part of the bid submittal package.Any Prime Contractor who submits a bid with the intent to use a Sub-Contractor who possesses the work class pre-qualifications MUST identify the Sub-Contractor and submit the Sub-Contractors current and valid FDOT pre-qualifications in the Drainage work class by the Proposal Submission Deadline to be considered responsive to this bid solicitation.
