Addendum #1 8/4/25 Question: Is there going to be a job walk for this one? Answer: There is not a mandatory site visit, but I will be at the Crossroads Center for anyone that would like a site visit on 8/7/25 at 10:00 A.M. to Noon. (It’s recommended as some Equipment will need to be cut up to get out of the space.) Question: Can we get Distech controls approved and what that would require. Answer: Any controls that are Tridium based and functions and communicates exactly the same as the Honeywell controls specified are approved. Project substantial completion shall be on October 28. Facility programs will start November 3. Any punch list items may be completed up to 2 weeks after the substantial completion date. 1
