It is the intent of these specifications to establish an understanding and to outline the Township of Wayne’s requirements for Wayne to contract with a Contractor to provide Crossing Guards for all posts established by the Township of Wayne.The contract start date shall be no later than 21 days (Sundays and Holidays excluded) from the date of contract award, and the duration of which shall be two (2) years. The Township of Wayne may extend this contract up to two additional one year periods as long as it is acceptable and in the interest of both contracting parties and the terms and conditions of the original contract are held firm.
