Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the City is seeking crossing guard services from qualified vendors. The purpose of the crossing guard program is to provide crossing guard services for children and pedestrians at intersections along Milpitas school routes to enhance public safety. Contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal requirements with respect to minimum wage, as may be updated from time to timeQualified vendors should have demonstrated expertise in providing these services, preferably to other public entities in California. This RFP, including the Scope of Work and all attachments hereto, provide additional details, requirements, and expectations.
