Selection will be made in accordance with the North Carolina Mini-Brooks Act (N.C.G.S. 143-64.31 et seq.). A copy of the RFQ with detailed specifications, information, and selection criteria may be obtained beginning August 20TH, 2026 from Jennifer Galloway at the Transylvania County Finance Department, 101 South Broad Street, Brevard, NC 28712, at jennifer.galloway@transylvaniacounty.org, or at 828-884-3104 or on the Transylvania County website at https://www.transylvaniacounty.org/request-for-proposals-bids. Request for qualifications must be received by Jennifer Galloway at the address shown above for 4:00 PM EST, September 3rd, 2026.
