Countywide Portable Restrooms and Sinks

Description

The County of Sacramento is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified vendors for portable restrooms/sinks and cleaning services. The County currently has approximately 125 units in operation, most of which are regular portable units or ADA portable units. They are located throughout Sacramento County, such as County Airports, County Parks, Golf Courses, American River Parkway, Regional Treatment Plant and County landfill.Contractor is to provide Portable Toilets/Sinks and cleaning services to various County facilities located throughout the County of Sacramento on an as needed basis and usage is not guaranteed. Facility locations may be added modified or deleted as needed.County Departments may have different hours of operations, but all non-urgent services shall be done within regular business hours. Contractor is required to provide Portable Toilets/Sinks and cleaning services upon request by any County of Sacramento Department.The initial contract period is estimated to be September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025, with the option to extend for up to four additional one-year increments through August 31, 2029, at the same terms and conditions, commencing with execution of a contract by the Contract and Purchasing Services Division. Initial contract pricing will remain firm through at least the first two years of the contract.
