Richland County (County) is seeking qualified vendors to submit proposals to provide professional services in support of the development of a County-Wide Safety Action Plan funded through the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Program. The selected consultant will conduct a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) Study of all county-owned roads and integrate findings with crash and equity data to produce a comprehensive, data-driven Safety Action Plan.
