The County of Northampton is solicitating proposals for a Gracedale Site Infrastructure Feasibility Study and Phased Development Plan at Gracedale Nursing Home located in Nazareth, PA in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP). Gracedale is a County-owned nursing home and long-term-care facility that provides essential care and services to residents and families in Northampton County and the surrounding region. The Gracedale site is a about 358 acres largely undeveloped property. The County is undertaking strategic planning to ensure Gracedale remains safe, financially responsible, operationally sustainable, and positioned to meet future resident-care needs, while analyzing the opportunity to expand the use of the property and the scope of services provided on-site.
