The County of Northampton (County) is soliciting proposals for a firm with documented experience providing assessments on federal brownfield (environmental) assessments and related services for local governments with similar characteristics to Northampton County. Northampton County is seeking a firm to provide support in the implementation of an EPA Brownfields Supplemental funding award for cleanup activities. The Environmental consultant must have prior experience with setting up and managing Brownfield programs, conducting Brownfields Inventory, Community Outreach, Phase I and Phase II ESAs, developing Quality Assurance Project Plans, Corrective Action Plans and working with the EPA regarding solid waste and brownfield assessment and remediation, and redevelopment planning.
