Corporation Yard Bathroom Remodel

Description

The City is seeking bids for the renovation and reconfiguration of an existing restroom area within the Public Works Corporation Yard. The project includes the demolition and construction necessary to provide upgraded restroom facilities, new locker room and shower areas, revised plumbing systems, and associated improvements. Work also includes new finishes, partitions, accessories, and related modifications required to complete a modern, accessible, and functional facility within the existing building footprint.The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, plumbing, framing, mechanical, electrical, and finish work, as required to complete the improvements in accordance with the Contract Documents. The work shall comply with all applicable building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and accessibility codes and regulations.The Contractor shall coordinate construction activities with the City, maintain the project schedule, and minimize disruption to adjacent occupied areas during the course of construction.
