The project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new hangar building, with office space alongwith access road, utility services, and associated improvements. The base bid items will include the site workincluding all work outside of the proposed building footprints (Base Bid Schedule A), along with constructionof the hangar building (Base Bid Schedule B). The additive alternates will include the offices interior framingand finish out (Alternate 1), 2nd Floor structure over office space for future expansion (Alternate 2), hangar baywet pipe sprinkler system (Alternate 3), and hangar bay extension (Alternate 4).
