RTD is seeking the services of a Consultant to provide Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspections on behalf of RTD. The scope of services to be provided by the Consultant includes, but is not limited to: development of a materials testing program manual; development of project-specific materials test plans; testing of construction materials in accordance with the test plan; submission of test reports to RTD; progress reports; and provision of the material, labor, equipment and properly accredited laboratory facilities to perform a variety of material testing functions.
