Cooling Tower & Closed Loop Water System Treatment & Maintenance

Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to create a contract for the treatment and maintenance of the cooling towers and closed loop systems in the District from qualified vendors to maintain the cooling tower and closed loop systems in the District. The District has a water treatment technician on staff that currently services the District. This contract will be a partnership between the Contractor and the District. The following requirements were designed by the District and used over the past years as a guideline regarding our water treatment and maintenance of our cooling towers. Knowing that the industry has changed in regards to chemicals and technology used to maintain cooling towers the District is looking for proposals that will include the following but also practices that will expand on our current process.Description of ServiceCooling tower and closed loop system water treatment chemicals;Technical support one day per week;Labor one day per week to maintain and clean systems.Note: Optional hourly labor may be considered by the District if deemed necessary.
