Description

The CVB, doing business as Visit St. Pete–Clearwater, requires a qualified local vendor to provide reliable storage, fulfillment, and shipping services for its collateral materials. These materials include items such as plastic trade show bags, area guides, maps, and various brochures that highlight local attractions and visitor information. The CVB distributes these materials to hotels, visitor‑serving businesses, and other partners throughout Pinellas County on an as‑needed basis to support tourism promotion and ensure consistent access to up‑to‑date informational resources. A dedicated vendor is needed to maintain organized inventory, manage timely fulfillment, and coordinate efficient delivery operations that align with the CVB’s ongoing outreach and marketing efforts.
