Convenience Services within Public Areas

The City of New Smyrna Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and the City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, “City”) is committed to supporting the needs of the City and providing services that make a positive impact to the Community. The sole purpose and intent of the RFP is to obtain proposals from interested and qualified vendors with the desire to provide convenience services at the following two boat ramps:• Swoope Public Boat Ramp is located at 2495 N Dixie Fwy, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168.• North Causeway Boat Ramp is located at 170 N. Causeway, New Smyrna Beach, Florida Examples of Convenience Services may include, but not limited to: Fish cleaning stations, picnic tables, life jacket rentals, ice and water machines, etc. The awarded vendor shall be licensed to do business in the State of Florida and hold a Volusia County, Florida business license in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained within the RFP document. As is more fully explained in this RFP, an award, if made, shall be made to the best overall proposer(s) whose proposal is most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this RFP. The City shall not use any other factors or criteria in the evaluation of the proposals received.
